I did my Ph.D. at the developmental psychology department of the University of Amsterdam with Prof. Reinout Wiers, Prof. Richard Ridderinkhof, and dr. Wery van den Wildenberg as my mentors (2015-2019). Now I am a lecturer at Shanghai Normal University.

Research Interests

I have three lines of research:

Loss of control behavior in addiction

Behavioral measures, meta-analysis, and ERP are used to

measure cognitive functions in various kinds of addiction

(drinking gaming, social media use).

Mental health and behavioral addiction

Use questionnaire data and meta-analysis to clarify the

longitudinal relationship between mental health (depression,

anxiety) and behavioral addiction (gaming, TikTok, social media

use).

Brief interventions to addictive behaviors
